Promotion of equality and diversity

We are always in search of the best talent and, for that, it is essential to ensure an equitable process that takes into account diversity both in retention and in the attraction of new profiles with potential for our teams.

We rely on the Equality Commission to ensure an egalitarian environment, as well as a Workplace Harassment Protocol with the aim of adopting the necessary measures to prevent it, to help employees identify moral, sexual, gender-based, or discriminatory harassment, and to establish a procedure for action that allows us to investigate and, if necessary, sanction.

Occupational safety and health

A safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for our workers and collaborators is essential to ensure the excellent outcome of our work. Therefore, we promote collaboration and take extreme preventive measures against occupational hazards for all people working with us.

Our Occupational Risk Prevention Policy goes beyond regulatory compliance, having our own safety and health department, but also working closely with internal managers, suppliers, and contractors to share our knowledge and responsibilities regarding occupational safety.

We have the ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety management system and from the Group we carry out regular internal inspections and audits, as well as subject ourselves to the external audits required for certification.

Privacy

Aware of the importance of the privacy of our clients, workers, and collaborators, we strictly comply with data protection legislation. We have a Committee created to successfully address the management of compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), made up of representatives from the different areas of Grup Núñez i Navarro and led by the Data Protection Officer.

Compliance and Anti-Corruption Policy

We work towards the continuous pursuit of professional excellence. Therefore, we act with integrity, avoid all forms of corruption (active or passive), and respect the circumstances and needs of all parties we interact with. Furthermore, we promote the recognition and appreciation of the principles established in the Ethical Code within our team.

Likewise, we select our suppliers based on their ethical commitment and adherence to our anti-corruption policy.

We have added an anti-corruption clause to our contracts with suppliers to ensure that our partners adhere to the essential principles of our anti-corruption policy, which includes the essential aspects to be considered in terms of invitations, donations, gifts and payments, expenses, travel and commuting, and alert situations.

Whistleblower channel

The whistleblower channel is a means for the Núñez i Navarro Group aimed at facilitating swift and confidential communication of irregularities that may constitute regulatory non-compliance. Through this channel, you can send us inquiries, questions, or any communication regarding alleged behaviors that go against our Ethical Code or other policies of the Group.

Our whistleblowing channel is outsourced to ensure confidential and even anonymous communication, if desired, regarding potential irregular conduct with possible criminal significance, on Anti-Money Laundering or Terrorism Financing, or that may breach our Ethical Code or current legislation.
