Barcelona Meeting Point 2017: housing regains prominence at our stand

The large real estate fair lands once again in our city showing clear signs of recovery in the sector. Núñez i Navarro faithfully attends the benchmark event of the sector in our country with a wide range of housing and office spaces, where new construction has regained the spotlight from previous editions. If in 2016 the Group's projects were focused on rehabilitation, the offer of this edition stands out for the presence of six new housing projects mainly located in Barcelona.

New Construction Promotion Design on Concepción Arenal (Barcelona)

Among the offers presented by Núñez i Navarro, the promotion of 22 apartments on Concepción Arenal street stands out, where you can enjoy a “village” atmosphere just 20 minutes from the city center. Not far from there, on Meridiana Avenue, the Group presents another project of 24 homes. Other new promotions include those on Manso street (15 apartments) and Nogués passage, in Gràcia (3 apartments). Also in the Gràcia neighborhood, the transformation of offices into homes that Núñez i Navarro is carrying out on Princep d’Astúries is noteworthy. Outside of Barcelona, we are currently marketing two developments located in the Vallès Occidental and in the Maresme.
