The rebirth of a mythical building

Núñez y Navarro is finalizing and has recently presented the rehabilitation of La Rotonda, one of the most emblematic buildings in Barcelona, a work of the modernist architect Adolf Ruiz Casamitjana, inaugurated in 1906. Six years of work have been invested in the restoration of the facade and the modernist temple of the symbolic building.

The performance has allowed the building to regain its original modernist appearance a century later. The building will be used for offices, commercial premises, and parking; the works will be completed in September, and subsequently, an open house event will be organized.
